I have a B.A.C. degree from the University of Detroit majoring in Sociology. I have taken all sorts of job interview in Sales, marketing, advertising, management and Pharmaceuticals. I have not yet received any good job opportunities in any of those fields. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Since you did not indicate any professional work experience within the listed types of jobs, my first guess for no opportunities would point to the lack of your pro. experience.





So I would suggest based on your degree that you begin to shoot for public relations. It will take some doing for a long term impact on your career and you might even make it to be the big boss of your own firm.





For long term impact continue at whatever your current 'job' is and you might want to get a second. Build up some seed money. Use the money to sell yourself and your personal talents of public relations. To get started pick a couple of charitable organizations and put together a couple of fundraisers for them. PR incorporates all but your pharmaceuticals attempt, so you will begin at that point to build a reputation.





The sky is the limit from there. Generate and maintain contacts as you continue to grow your experience.





Once you start to actually take on your own clients, don't bill for less than $25 an hour %26amp; plan what you can do accordingly. If your fortunate and you do a good job I'd say in maybee 4 months you will have built up a reputation to where you can be confident to go back to the types of interviews you did as listed.
