My disk c has 13gb. And has only 2gb or 2+% remaining. Is this the cause I can not open MSN?

My computer has 40gb. I have it divided into compartments. C and D. C has 13gb and D has 24gb+. All temporary and other files are in C and D is a sort of back up. ILately I experience I could no longer access to my Email at Yahoo and MSN But I can enter here in Yahoo's "Answer". Some people whom I knew suggested that to run the internet effectively, at least i must have 10GBS free for its use. Are they correct. Please advise me, I m helpless

You should never create partitions that low in space, esp. on newer systems, because nothing will support only that much. Why did you partition it anyways into two parts? Yes, that def sounds like the problem...If you keep it up, then I wouldn't expect to get many things working

I would suggest you to do a re-format of the hard drive, just have it as one partition, which will be able 37 GB...

If you want another hard disk, go out and buy an external..they are cheap...around $100
Reply:No, you dont need that much free hard disk space to open those applications. Try clearing your cache.

Open Internet Explorer ( close all other browser windows).

On the top menu choose:

TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, DELETE FILES,

then check the box that says: DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT.

Then click: OK.

Dont wory, it just clears junk saved from every web page you visited, you will never miss any of it, . . . promise.

Then do it again

TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS,DELETE COOKIES, OK.

Close the InternetExplorer Browser, then try your web site again.

Another possibility is that an application is blocking the web site, or a pop-up that is needed to open the site.

On the InternetExplorer menu click TOOLS, POP-UP BLOCKER. It may or may not be listed there, and may be blocking pop-ups. Pop-up blockers are probably not your problem. You can also click the VIEW menu, and see all of your installed toolbars. You might want to click them to make them visible, and check each for a popup blocker. Again, this is probably not your problem. Clear the cookies, and files, and that may just fix it.
Reply:Well, i have like 5 gb left on all drives total, so it's not that :)

Try a reinstall of them maybe. Or there maybe something with your firewall that's blocking it.
