Does using a second account to get around the block system constitute trolling?

I'm curious as to what sort of person, after finding that she is blocked by someone, gets around it by using a second account to read the question. Then the person claims that the block-er is "stalking" her or falsely accusing her of something. Seeing as how the original poster didn't use any names, I'm curious as to how Ms. Blocked came up with the idea that the question pertained to her. Paranoia?

Obviously, if a person is asking a question and has blocked you from even seeing it, she is not trying to "get you". Perhaps she is just trying to sort out an answer to the actual question. Regardless, isn't it sort of silly to "get around" the block system just long enough to be offended? So, is getting around the block system to read a person's questions, and then assuming that everything a person says is evidence that they're "stalking" you:

a) self-absorbed

b) paranoid

c) just really silly

or d) a type of trolling

D

It has a name already they are calling it "Spy Troll"

Joining contact list to access Q%26amp;A list then use another account to stalk.

Sorry someone is bothering you seem very nice.
Reply:Sad to hear this dear lady because to come back after such extra ordinary steps undertaken by onself and just troll is pathetic.

My account was deleted and i decided never to come back but people here remembered me and so i came back but vowing i would contribute and make this a great section.

Reply:I work it like this, so far I've been able to read posts of people who've blocked me; I never replied and I also never created another account.
Reply:If you really need a second account to get around the block system, what is it that you're trying not to say, I wonder?
